Concordequi™ provides a clear review process for eligible return requests. Return inquiries may be submitted within 14 days after confirmed delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be considered for return review, an item should generally be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Clean, unaltered, and free from customer-caused damage
  • Returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, or included parts when applicable
  • Matched to the product identified in the return request
  • Supported by order information sufficient for verification

For quality and handling reasons, items that have been used in food preparation, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without essential components may not qualify for approval.

How to Start a Return Request

Please email service@concordequi.com with:

  • Order reference
  • Product name
  • Reason for the request
  • Photos if the issue involves damage, missing parts, incorrect contents, visible defects, or package condition

Our support team will review the request and provide the next available step when the item appears eligible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a visible issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Photos of the outer package, inner packaging, item label, and affected area may be requested for review.

Inspection After Return

Returned items may be inspected after arrival. Approval depends on whether the item matches the approved request and meets the condition standards described in this policy.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for the request. If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, the situation will be reviewed accordingly. For other eligible return reasons, return shipping may remain the customer’s responsibility unless support provides different instructions.
